Lead UX Designer

QuickHire Labs is looking for a Lead UX Designer to define the experience vision for our job-matching platform serving thousands of job seekers and employers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX across web and mobile surfaces
• Build and maintain our component library and design system
• Run stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience
• Experience designing for marketplace or platform products
• Strong portfolio with case studies showcasing impact
