QuickHire Labs is looking for a Lead UX Designer to define the experience vision for our job-matching platform serving thousands of job seekers and employers.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX across web and mobile surfaces
- Build and maintain our component library and design system
- Run stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience
- Experience designing for marketplace or platform products
- Strong portfolio with case studies showcasing impact
