Sales Manager — EMEA

Stripe is hiring a Sales Manager for EMEA to grow our revenue across the region by building and leading a team of high-performing Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach a team of 6–8 AEs
• Set regional targets and track KPIs with leadership
• Engage directly on strategic enterprise deals
• Provide accurate forecasting to the VP of Sales

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ in management
• Experience in fintech or payments preferred
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management (Salesforce)
