Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across EMEA
- Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, events, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards
- Track recruiting metrics and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-house or agency tech recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or Lever ATS
- Strong sourcing skills — Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub
